Douglas Cooper

Douglas Cooper has been a director since June 2006. Mr. Cooper has been practicing law for over 40 years and is now of counsel to the firm of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. Mr. Cooper brings his legal expertise to his long service to the Board. Mr. Cooper graduated from Hamilton College and received his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham Law School. Mr. Cooper also earned a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from NYU Law School. Douglas Cooper is the cousin of Paul Cooper. Mr. Cooper resigned as the Company’s Treasurer and Secretary effective as of January 15, 2015. Mr. Cooper is deemed an independent director.
